Orders & Delivery

We hope you have a good experience shopping on our site and your order process runs smoothly. 

Should your item be out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If you are unable to wait you can choose an alternative product or cancel your order.

Regrettably due to the impact of the COVID pandemic, global shipping delays for raw materials are common at present, often impacting production lead times. We will communicate to you the status and relevant progress of your order.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase please get in touch & return the goods within 14 days of delivery.

Before returning any items please contact us on 07596379040 or e-mail info@getzenireland.com and refer to the following:

  • Return your item in the original packaging and intact.

  • You must then return the goods at your own expense.

  • Please use a trackable returns method and don't forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number - you will need this if there are issues with your return

  • We will refund the price that you paid for the Item(s)

  • The refund will not include any delivery charges you may have paid

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
