TESTIMONIALS

I purchased my 800DLX just before Christmas. It looks beautiful and gives consistency throughout the full dynamic and register range. Top quality in everyway. Equal if not better in quality than some of those big names costing sometimes a thousand pounds more.

A new instrument is a substantial purchase. Being able to talk through the market and technical aspects of the instrument with someone of Jonathan's expertise and genuine commitment to customer service makes Getzen Ireland the retailer of choice. Safely packaged and promptly delivered by tracked courier.

Getzen 800 DLX Eterna “Deluxe” Bb Cornet

I purchased a Getzen 4147B through Jonathan at Getzen Ireland on a visit working in Ireland. The instrument was beautifully and carefully packaged.

The instrument itself is fantastically well made and I cannot wait to be using it on a daily basis with orchestras and ensembles alike.

I was looking for a replacement for my 40-year-old Getzen Eterna and managed to source a Getzen dlx through the very helpful Jonathan Corry. I have played on many top branded cornets (and a lot more expensive).

The Getzen DLX was sent securely with all tracking info within 2 days, with Jonathan ringing me to check if I had received the cornet and everything was well.

The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, Playing on a size 2 Denis Wick Heritage, the tone is full and brighter than my old Getzen. I also found pitching the notes was so much easier. Another plus is that Getzen have ditched the Ammaco water keys to the more reliable standard trigger type.

In my opinion the cornet is definitely on par with the other top models and considering it is hundreds of pounds cheaper it really is a no brainer. I would definitely recommend getting a Getzen through Jonathon Corry.
